Bank Deposit: There is also an option to make a deposit in a Cypriot bank, although this is generally combined with the real estate investment.
Maintain Investment: You must retain the property for at least 3 years from the date of purchase. After this period, it is possible to sell the property, but the applicant must retain another qualifying property of the same value.
